Dr. Robert B. Miller

Dr. Robert Miller is a native of Savannah and lives here with his wife and two children. He received his Undergraduate Degree from the University of Georgia and his Degree in Dental Medicine from Temple University in Philadelphia. Dr. Miller uses the latest state of the art dental technology such as digital x-rays, laser technology and Itero.  Dr. Miller looks forward to meeting you and improving your oral health and cosmetic needs.

DR. Micah Spivey

Dr. Spivey is from the small town of Dry Branch, Georgia. He graduated from Monroe Academy in Forsyth, Georgia in 2009. After high school graduation, he attended Georgia Southern University where he received a Bachelor’s degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry in 2013.

Dr. Spivey obtained his Doctorate of Dental Medicine in 2018 from the Dental College of Georgia in Augusta, Georgia. After graduating dental school, he was selected for a surgical based 12 month Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency program in Bessemer, Alabama at the Foundry Dental Clinic provided by the NYU Langone Medical Center.

During his time in Alabama, he received extensive training in surgical procedures that included advanced bone and sinus grafting, full mouth implant reconstruction, wisdom teeth removal, and IV sedation. Residency also provided him the opportunity to teach general dentists implant procedures through the continuing education events: Alabama Implant Education and the Comprehensive Implant Residency Program.

Dr. Spivey is a member of the American Dental Association, Georgia Dental Association, and Academy of General Dentistry, and the International Congress of Implantologist.

 In his spare time he enjoys being on the boat, going to the beach, golfing, fishing, hunting, and spending time with my fiance and dog, Patton. He also enjoy watching sports and exploring the history throughout Savannah and the neighboring areas.

Dr. Julie Howard

Dr. Julie Howard was raised in Savannah.  After high school, she attended Georgia Southern University follow by Armstrong Atlantic College.  Dr. Howard was fortunate to receive early acceptance into the Medical College of Georgia School of Dentistry in Augusta, Georgia where she earned her Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry.

Upon graduation from dental school in 1996, Dr. Howard returned home to Savannah and enjoyed many years of practicing with her father.  Dr. Howard has a passion for providing general and cosmetic dentistry, including Invisalign. She also utilizes intraoral pictures, digital xrays, and iTero scanner in order to incorporate some of the latest technologies available in order to make every visit as comfortable as possible.

When not doing dentistry, Dr. Howard enjoys spending time with family and friends, being on the water, attending sporting events, and traveling with her husband and two children.

Dr. Heather Duffy

Dr. Duffy graduated with her DDS from Baylor College of Dentistry in 2010 after completing her BS in Chemistry at Texas A&M University- Corpus Christi. After graduating Dental School she served six years on active duty with the U.S Navy and resigned her commission as a Lieutenant Commander. During her time in the military she completed two tours at MCRD Parris Island in Beaufort, SC and a two-year assignment on the USS OAK HILL (LSD-51) a Naval ship stationed out of Virginia Beach, VA. She met her husband while stationed in South Carolina and happily settled in the beautiful Savannah area where she has been treating patients for the last seven years. 

Dr. Duffy believes in creating an environment where patients know that they are receiving dental care from someone who truly cares about them as an individual. She enjoys all aspects of dentistry including general dentistry, endodontics, invisalign and working with kids. She looks forward to continuing to learn and grow with the dental community and is a member of the American Dental Association, Georgia Dental Association and Academy of Clear Aligners. 

As the daughter of a Naval Officer, Dr. Duffy spent most of her childhood transitioning between duty stations throughout the United States and Europe. She enjoys spending time with her family including her husband, an engineer at gulfstream, and their three sons. Outside of being a working mother, Dr. Duffy enjoys spending time with friends, traveling, and working out. 

Dr. Troy Woodward

Dr. Troy Woodward was born and raised in Valdosta, GA. After graduating from Valwood high school in 2012, he attended the University of Georgia and received his Bachelor degree in Biological Science in 2016. Dr. Woodward pursued his post-graduate education at the University of Florida, where he received his Master of Science degree in Microbiology and Cell Science in 2018 while also working as a dental assistant. Before starting dental school, he worked in the Dental College of Georgia’s General Practice Residency (GPR) program as a dental assistant from 2018-2019. 

Dr. Woodward began his dental training in Augusta, GA at the Dental College of Georgia (DCG) in 2019. While in dental school, Dr. Woodward was involved with numerous volunteer programs including the Special Olympics - Special Smiles committee, DCG Environmental Club, and served as the events chair for the American Student Dental Association. In 2023, he graduated from the DCG and earned his Doctorate of Dental Medicine (DMD). He is a member of the American Dental Association and Georgia Dental Association. 

Dr. Woodward is eager to continue to learn, grow, and provide his patients the best and most up-to-date care. Dr. Woodward enjoys visiting his alma mater and watching the Georgia Bulldogs football team play in the Fall, spending time with family and friends, hunting, and playing golf.
